Orders outside the Netherlands are not accepted at this time.

Processing Time, Handling & Order Cut-Off time

  • Order Handling time: 3 - 4 days (Monday to Sunday)
  • Orders placed before 17:00 (5:00 PM) – GMT+01:00 (Central European Standard Time, Amsterdam) are processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 17:00 are processed the next business day.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Return policy

How to Start a Return

To begin your return:

     with your order number.
  • Pack the items securely with the return label included in your package.
  • Drop the package off at the indicated postal location.

We will notify you once your return has been received and processed.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal items may not be eligible for return unless defective. If this applies, we will clearly indicate it on the product page.
