At Harlengrey, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and customer-friendly return and refund process for customers in the Netherlands.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for:

- New and slightly used items (no heavy wear, damage, or missing parts)
If the item is damaged due to misuse, we may not be able to approve the return.

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you received your order.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for eligible products.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be provided instead.
Return Method
All returns are processed by post.
A free return label is included in your package.
If you did not receive a label, please contact us and we will send a new one.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary.
How to Start a Return
To begin your return:
- Send us an email at support@harlengrey.com
with your order number. - Pack the items securely with the return label included in your package.
- Drop the package off at the indicated postal location.
We will notify you once your return has been received and processed.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal items may not be eligible for return unless defective. If this applies, we will clearly indicate it on the product page.
